1. Face-to-Face Sessions (30 or 60 minutes): Meet in person at the Lake Shore or Water Tower Campus. The LSC Center is located in the Information Commons, Room 221. The WTC Center is located in Corboy Law, Room 811. For step-by-step directions, please visit our website.

2. Online Consultations (30 or 60 minutes): Conduct a live video conference with your tutor in a virtual chatroom. To access your Online Consultation, log back into this website approximately five-to-ten minutes before the start of your appointment. Open your appointment form and click "START OR JOIN ONLINE CONSULTATION."

3. Written Feedbacks (60, 90, or 120 minutes): Your tutor will work independently from you to offer feedback on your fully written project. Schedule one hour for every five pages of writing. Materials must be uploaded at least one hour before the session begins.
